Hong Kong 2.755 km², since 1997 Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People Republic of China, a special administrative region of the Peoples Republic of China, located on Chinas south coast, bordering Guangdong in the North and the South China Sea in the east. Macao (chin. Aomen) 28,2 km² harbourtown in the estuary mouth delta of the Pearl river and ancient portuguese colony, which in the year of 1999 has been integrated as special administration region (Regia Administrativa Especial de Macau da Republica Popular da China) to the People Republic of China.
